In order to facilitate the radio telescopes, the nuclear fusion test reactor, and the other pavilions and special projects, we will need to run electrical lines, data connections, plumbing, and other conduits between the various projects, pavilions, and the radio telescope elements at the four corners of the land. In order to protect this infrastructure from the elements, we need a tunnel system. The proposal is to name this tunnel system as a memorial to Kala the tunnel girl, including a bronze statue of Kala to greet visitors at the entrance to the tunnel system.
